SprayTite ~ Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) systems have been used as a high-performance insulation material in commercial and industrial applications for more than 30 years.
SprayTite is a two component, rigid spray polyurethane foam product created on site by trained spray foam contractors
that will provide a water, air, moisture barrier in one application.
With an aged R-value of 6.7 per inch and a perm-inch value of 1.7,
SprayTite will provide a code accepted vapor retarder at a nominal foam application of between 2 and 3 inches.
SprayTite is the answer to the challenge of creating a durable,
efficient building envelope from footing to ridge on straightforward to complicated commercial building designs.
Durability, high thermal resistance with air sealing capability, SprayTite is the preferred product for the
General Contractor or Building Professional.
High R-value
SprayTite provides more design flexibility due to its high R-value to thickness ratio,
weight to strength ratio and shear tenacity.
SprayTite adheres to most surfaces; flat, vertical or overhead.
SprayTite can be combined with conventional insulation products
like fiberglass and cellulose for optimum efficiencies of cost and performance.
Eliminates Air Infiltration
SprayTite eliminates all but the most severe air infiltration, prevents soil gasses,
radon and insects from contaminating the work environment. Provides the proper air-tight
building envelope for more efficient operation and proper "right" sizing of HVAC equipment.
Durability
SprayTite provides rigidity to the structure by adding axial and compressive strength to the building assembly.
The polyurethane foam displays outstanding dimensional stability, eliminating any likelihood of shrinkage or distortion.
Return on Investment
SprayTite provides greater return on investment.
More efficient operational costs, smaller capital investment in heating and cooling equipment,
more attractive asset appreciation and resale value.
Safe and Effective
SprayTite is safe and effective... never contained any urea formaldehydes and never will.
National Fire Research Centers and Colorado Poison Control Center research reported in the
Journal of American Medical Association proves fully cured closed-cell polyurethane safe.
Building Code Accepted
SprayTite is building code approved, meeting or exceeding building code mandates
for physical characteristics and performance standards.
Please consult with your local code for specific requirements.
Builds Asset Valuation
SprayTite saves money, builds asset valuation, creates more efficient controllable indoor work environments,
enhances production and eliminates unnecessary maintenance and repair work. SprayTite drops the bottom line.
Caution: The use of foamed plastic in interior applications on walls or ceilings may present an unreasonable
fire hazard uI barrier, which has a finish-rating of not less than 15 minutes.
Building codes currently require a 15 minute thermal barrier or an ignition barrier be applied over the spray insulation
depeding upon the application. Check with your local building official for final determination.
