ORIENTATION
TOUR		 Prior to closing, you will do a walk-through orientation with our quality control manager. Included will be a 350 item checklist to ensure that your new home is built the way you want it.
DETAILED
SPEC BOOK		 A new home buyer's biggest complaint is not knowing what they've purchased. At TJB Homes, we have developed a very comprehensive 25+ page Specification Book that will answer nearly all questions relating to what is in your new home.
RWC 10-YEAR
WARRANTY		 Every builder by law is required to provide a ten year warranty with each new home sold. Some builders warranty their homes themselves. If that builder fails to perform on that warranty, there is very little recourse available to the home owner. Each home built by TJB Homes is covered by a RWC 10-year warranty backed by a national insurance company.

GLASS
WINDOW		 Stained Glass Window Our "Trademark" is a custom designed stained glass window that will be a conversation piece for the life of the home. Each buyer meets directly with the artist who creates for them their own personalized work of art.
