Sara and Chris Tiedeman were involved in a car crash on the evening of Saturday, March 3. They have been hospitalized since and undergoing medical treatment to recover and rehabilitate. They will need their home to be converted to an "Accessible" home so they can continue to rehabilitate at home. Ramps, doors and entry ways, bathroom and kitchen modifications are planned.

They became part of the TJB family when they purchased a home last year. TJB Homes remodeling division will provide the needed remodeling. TJB Dream Build Give, Inc. Foundation is accepting donations via PayPal or check to help with these modifications. 100% of donations will go towards the cost!

Sara Banks Tiedeman, age 33, passed away at Hennepin County Medical Center (Minneapolis, MN) on April 3, 2012 as a result of the tragic automobile accident on March 3rd.

The financial impact of this tragic accident will be severe. Your support will help defray these costs.

Medical Care – While the Tiedemans have health insurance, their personal medical expenses may exceed $20,000.00 or more per year for the foreseeable future due to deductibles and annual out-of pocket costs, together with any non-covered treatment expenses.
Vehicle – Their vehicle was totaled in the accident and has been valued at only a few thousand dollars by their insurer. Obtaining a safe and reliable replacement vehicle will require a significant out-of-pocket expenditure.
Home– Chris and Sara recently built a new home together in Blaine. With Sara’s sudden passing and Chris at a full-time care facility, it is important to help ensure their mortgage, taxes, utilities and other expenses are covered.
Other Expenses – Contributions to the Tiedeman Recovery Fund will be used to address the numerous other expenses that Sara accrued in the month following the accident and that Chris is likely to be faced with into the future.
